MJ881 Composite insulators used in electrostatic precipitator
Composite polymer vibrating rod is an ideal substitute for 95 porcelain vibrating rod. This product has the advantages of stronger impact resistance, not easy to break, light weight, easy installation, low price and so on. It is widely used by the major manufacturers of electric dust collectors across the country.
1. Product use and characteristics
Composite insulators for electrostatic precipitators are high-tech products made of aerospace composite materials. They are used for top rapping, side rapping, and through-wall insulation. The intrinsic material of the insulator has good mechanical force, thermal stability, and pressure and impact resistance to ensure normal and reliable operation in a flue gas environment at a certain temperature.
2. Product technical requirements
The composite insulator for electrostatic precipitator has a rated voltage of <100 kV and an operating temperature of <200 ¡ã C. The operating voltage and temperature environment during use should not be used under conditions that exceed the specified values.
3. Installation precautions
Check the shaft body before installation. There should be no scratches or oil stains. The plastic sealing layer on the insulation shaft must be removed after installation. Handle it carefully during installation.
4. Product use precautions
1). Composite insulators for electrostatic precipitators are not suitable for use in a working environment sufficient to reduce the insulation performance and cause condensation on the product surface.
2). The electrostatic precipitator should be operated under negative pressure to prevent positive pressure operation and prevent the surface of the composite insulator used for electrostatic precipitator from being polluted.
3). The composite insulator for electrostatic precipitator should not be offset during installation.
4). The safety management and maintenance of the electrostatic precipitator should be strengthened, and operational regulations should be worked out. Regularly inspect the electrostatic precipitator and check the composite insulators for the electrostatic precipitator. Professionals must have a comprehensive understanding of the equipment's performance, operating requirements, safety and maintenance knowledge.
